HPP-IREIN & Finance is our community for foreign investors, financial institutions (including internationally operating banks), asset managers and real estate fund managers who are active in the Dutch real estate market.

⦁ consultation/dialogue with (central) governments and advocacy.
Within the HPP-IREIN & Finance community we organise various dinner meetings: members and their guests have the opportunity to exchange knowledge in an informal setting. These meetings are also attended by high profile policy makers from the Ministry of Housing. Hot issues are discussed, such as the enormous need for new housing projects and the European and Dutch retail and logistics market. Through good contacts with the government and constructive dialogue with influential policymakers, including the minister, the HPP-IREIN & Finance community has managed to put the crucial importance of foreign investors and bankers for the growth and development of the Dutch market on the agenda. The influence of foreign capital on the entire real estate chain has been mapped out much more clearly, partly through the use of a unique “White Paper” offered to the Dutch government.

You will gain access to this HPP Community through registration or by invitation from HPP itself. The HPP board will assess your registration from a quality and reliability perspective and will ultimately decide who will be accepted as a member. All real estate investors and bankers (commercial and/or residential) active on the Dutch real estate market and with a minimum of €100 million invested in the Netherlands are eligible for membership of HPP-IREIN & Finance.

APF International is an independent manager, fully owned by its management, of real estate funds and investments. The real estate landscape is constantly changing. To continuously keep excelling, this requires expertise and entrepreneurship based on solid principles.
In the early years, the primary focus was on initiating and managing private APF real estate funds.
